Dr. Richard Ribeiro has over 24 years of experience in enhancing smiles. His philosophy of combining experience with latest technology will ensure you have the best possible care. True to that calling, he has over 500 hours of continuing education.
Dr. Ribeiro is a volunteer dentist for several civic groups and has been on mission trips to Haiti and Brazil. He is active in many community organizations as well as numerous dental associations, including the Eighth District Dental Society, Tennessee Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Association of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry and International College of Oral Implantologists. Hobbies – coaching soccer, cooking, exotic fishing, running, reading and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
Savannah Pepper, D.M.D.
Dentist
Dr. Savannah Pepper joins Clarksville Smiles from the Bluegrass state where she was born and raised. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology in 2015 from the University of Kentucky and is a 2019 graduate from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Upon receiving her doctorate, she then completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency with New York University-Langone at New York University College of Dentistry. There, Dr. Pepper gained experience in treating a diverse patient base with complex treatment needs.
In the last year, Dr. Pepper has acquired over 60 hours of continuing education. During her time in academia, Dr. Pepper held multiple leadership roles within various dental organizations. When she is not in the dental operatory, Dr. Pepper enjoys traveling, fitness, and spending time with her family. Dr. Pepper is enthusiastic about her transition and treating the smiles of the Clarksville community.
Jordynn
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jordynn is one of our wonderful dental hygienists who is passionate about patient comfort, education, and compassionate care. She understands that dental visits can be stressful and focuses on creating a relaxed, supportive environment where patients feel at ease and well cared for. Her goal is to help every patient feel comfortable, confident, and informed at each appointment.
Amber
Hygiene Coordinator
Amber is the dedicated Hygiene Coordinator at Clarksville Smiles, where she plays a pivotal role in managing patient care and ensuring the seamless scheduling of the hygiene team. With a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, Amber expertly coordinates appointments and fosters effective communication between patients and hygienists. Her remarkable organizational skills and keen attention to detail contribute to a well-organized, patient-centered environment. Outside of her professional role, Amber enjoys exploring new and unique restaurants, capturing moments through photography and videography, and catching up on much-needed rest.
Paula
Registered Dental Assistant
Originally from Union City, TN, Paula made the move to Clarksville two years ago and has since become a valued member of our Clarksville Smiles team. With over 20 years of experience as a dental assistant, Paula has worked in both general dentistry and oral surgery, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She is committed to helping patients feel at ease, always striving to create a calm, comfortable environment during their visits.
Outside of the office, Paula loves traveling with her husband and cherishing quality time with her family. Her warm, compassionate nature and dedication to patient care make her an integral part of our practice.
Athena
Registered Dental Assistant
Athena is a Clarksville local with two years of clinical experience in dentistry. Having previously worked at an endodontic office in Nashville, she is excited to expand her knowledge and skills in general dentistry. In her free time, Athena enjoys exploring the beautiful landscapes of Tennessee with her son Liam and soaking up the sunshine while poolside. She looks forward to providing exceptional care to the patients of Clarksville Smiles.
Zakiya
Registered Dental Assistant
Zakiya has a genuine passion for patient care and clinical excellence. She takes great pride in her profession while also nurturing a creative interest in hair styling, where precision and artistry intersect. Family plays a central role in Zakiya’s life, providing motivation and a strong sense of balance. In her personal time, she enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and spending time in refined social settings such as scenic rooftop venues. Zakiya strives to bring professionalism, creativity, and authenticity into every environment she is part of.
Chelsey
Appointment Coordinator
Originally from Reading, Pennsylvania, Chelsey has called Charlotte, Tennessee home for the past two years. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology in 2015 and has nearly a decade of experience in the dental field, where she is known for her strong work ethic and passion for patient care. Outside of work, Chelsey enjoys life on her farm, where she and her fiancé raise mini cows. She is a proud mom to her son, Brycen, and can often be found at the ballpark throughout the spring and summer cheering him on. Chelsey also loves spending time with friends and going on new adventures whenever she gets the chance.

Financial Coordinator
Jessica has spent the majority of her life in Clarksville, Tennessee, and holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Austin Peay State University. Jessica is eager to broaden her expertise in the dental field. She is committed to delivering exceptional care and addressing the unique needs of each patient. Outside of her professional life, Jessica is passionate about reading and building her book collection, coaching softball, and cherishing quality time with her son, Collin.
Sarah
Registered Dental Hygienist
Sarah graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2010 and is passionate about helping others feel their very best. A busy mom of two girls, she’s been happily married to her high school sweetheart since 2007. When she’s not balancing family life, Sarah loves traveling, embracing self-care, and enjoying a little well-deserved pampering. She brings that same passion into caring for her patients, helping them feel confident, comfortable, and healthy every step of the way.
Kelly
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from the University of Tennessee, Memphis in 1992. With more than three decades of experience, she is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. Kelly has been happily married for 25 years and is the proud mother of three boys. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing, getting massages, drinking coffee, and spending quality time singing and making memories with her family. She feels truly blessed to care for her patients and finds joy in making each visit a positive, comfortable experience.
